The School Affairs and School Organization Department is comprised of the Director of School Affairs and School Organization, the Coordinator of School Organization as well as a dedicated team of administrative staff. We work closely with all departments to support elementary and high school principals in addressing school-related issues.

The department is responsible for managing complaints and concerns from students and parents. In collaboration with school administrators, we handle complaints and ensure that all matters regarding educational services are addressed in a timely and effective manner.

Our team also plays a crucial role in supporting all schools with student registration and eligibility for English-language education. Furthermore, the department processes all out-of-zone requests and interboard agreements. We are responsible for declaring student enrolment and transmitting student results to the Ministry of Education, and we collaborate with Human Resources to allocate teachers based on student enrolment data, ensuring that schools are adequately staffed to meet the needs of all students.

We are also responsible for the recruitment of international students for both the youth sector and vocational training programs, helping to diversify and enrich the student population.

Additionally, the department works closely with daycare technicians to provide support to all elementary school daycares.
